Welcome to the Printmaking MAP(C)! In an effort to connect, support, and promote the printmaking community, MAPC is collecting information for the Printmaking MAP(C), featuring universities, print shops, supply stores, galleries, and more.
Whether you’re looking for a specific program, exploring local print shops or suppliers, or simply curious about the vast network of printmaking across our region, this map is intended to serve as a resource that increases accessibility and strengthens community for everyone dedicated to the print arts.
How to Use:
The Printmaking MAP(C) is organized by categories that can be accessed on the list to the left of the map. Each category is represented by color-coded pins on the map, and the category can be checked and unchecked to show or remove visibility.
If you wish to browse organizations under a specific category, the drop-down menu under the category is available and specific organizations can be selected and located on the map. There is also a search option for looking up an organization located at the top of the menu next to the Printmaking MAP(C) title.
Clicking any map pin will showcase that organization’s map information that includes a link to their website or social media page for more information.
How You Can Contribute:
Help us put the MAP in MAPC! If you are interested in contributing your organization’s information, please fill out the following form to request your organization be added to the MAP(C). If you are a University with a graduate program we ask you to fill out the Big Printmaking Graduate School Spreadsheet to be populated on both resources. The DEIA and Membership Committees will be reviewing and uploading requests every two weeks over Summer 2026, with continual updates every quarter thereafter.
Thank you to all participating organizations and the organizers of this resource: Brittany Gorelick, Brett Taylor, Jenn Johnson, Lari Gibbons & the 2024-2026 Board.
