The Department of Art, Art History & DesignAnnounces a Graduate Assistantship In Printmaking for 2017/18 Academic Year

Master of Fine Arts
Three Year / 60 Credit Degree

Financial Aid
A full tuition scholarship ($48,000+) based on merit, especially portfolio and undergraduate record. Minority scholarships are available through the Graduate School.

First year stipend, $12,000+, second and third year stipends of $12,500+ for teaching assistantships are awarded. Support for health insurance and fees paid.

Duties
Assist faculty in undergraduate classes for the first year, assist in shop maintenance

Second and Third year students teach one class of their own, as the instructor of record

Facilities
Personal studio space and 24-hour access to a fully equipped print shop. Lithography: stone and plate, etching: steel and copper, letterpress, paper mill, photo exposure unit, silkscreen, high-pressure washer, Epson and Canon digital print facility.
