About the Juror

Delita Martin, founder of Black Box Press Studio in Huffman, Texas, is known for her mixed-media printmaking that explores the spiritual identities of African American women. Her work layers hand-printed patterns, drawing, and painting to create powerful, textured narratives. For this exhibition, Martin selected works that capture both the technical mastery and conceptual range of printmaking today.
